- Will you ever contact my client?
- Not unless you ask us to. If you want us on a client call, we join as part of your team.
- Do you also work with store owners?
- Yes, and that's what you'll see on our main site. We never approach an agency partner's clients, and we'll put that in writing.
- Can I see work you've done for other agencies?
- We don't share partner work, even redacted, because it belongs to our partners and their clients. You'd want the same for yours. You can read our 12 reviews on Clutch, then judge us on your own brief with the pilot.
- Who does the work?
- Our own in-house developers in Gandhinagar, India, not freelancers. You talk to the person doing the work.
- Can you sign an NDA?
- Yes, before you share anything about the client or project.
- What access do you need?
- Collaborator access only, with no passwords, and no customer or order access unless a task needs it. Work stays in your repo and tools, access is removed at handoff, and we can sign a short data-processing clause.
- How do you check quality?
- Against the design on iPhone, Android and the main desktop browsers, plus speed checks, before you see it.
- What if the pilot isn't right?
- If it doesn't meet the brief we agreed, you don't pay. No refund process, because you pay after delivery.
- How do we pay?
- In US dollars by bank transfer or Wise. Fixed builds are paid 40% to start, 40% at preview and 20% on delivery.
- Can a developer work our hours?
- Yes. A dedicated developer can shift their day to overlap partly or fully with yours, including US hours.
