Before work starts
If you cancel before we start, any payment is refunded in full.
During a project
Stages already delivered and approved are not refundable. Payments for stages not yet started are refunded.
If we can't deliver
If we can't deliver what the quote describes, we refund the stages that weren't delivered.
Care plans
Billed monthly and can be stopped at any time. The current month is not refunded, and unused hours don't carry over. Extra work is priced first, as a fixed quote.
Dedicated developers
Month to month, with one month's notice to stop. The notice month is billed as usual.
Agency pilot tasks
Paid after delivery, and only if the work meets the agreed brief, so no refund is needed.
