What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, email address, store or website address and your message, through the contact form, the free store audit form or by email. For an audit we also note your platform, order range and goals, and we look only at your store's public pages.
Why we use it
To reply to you, prepare a quote or your store audit and, if you become a client, to deliver the work and send invoices. Never for advertising, and we never sell or share it.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website, and its Turnstile check makes sure a form is sent by a person, not a bot. Resend sends the emails from our forms: your request to us, and a confirmation to you. Each sees only what it needs for that.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires for accounts.
Your rights
Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and we'll do it within 30 days.
