Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote. The work, price and timeline are what the quote says. Changes are quoted separately and need your OK.
Payment
Projects are paid in stages, as set out in the quote, in US dollars by bank transfer or Wise.
Ownership
Once paid in full, everything we build for you is yours. Third-party themes, apps and plugins stay under their own licences.
Access
You give us access through staff accounts or collaborator requests, and can remove it at any time. We never ask for your password.
Bug fixes
We fix bugs in our own work free for 30 days after launch. Changes made later by others, and new features, are not covered.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information private and sign an NDA on request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
