- Is it a public app anyone can install?
- No. We build custom apps for your store only, so there's no shared listing and no monthly fee to us.
- Will there be running costs?
- Some apps need a small server to run. If yours does, the quote says so and what it costs, and the account is in your name.
- What if Shopify changes its systems?
- We build on Shopify's supported APIs. A care plan covers keeping your app working when they change.
- Can you fix an app someone else built?
- Usually, yes. We review the code first and tell you whether to fix it or rebuild it.
