- Do you need my login?
- No. We look at your store the way a shopper does: the public pages, on a phone and a laptop. We never ask for passwords.
- What happens after I get the report?
- A 20-minute call to walk you through it. Then it's up to you: make the quick wins yourself, ask us for a fixed quote, or do nothing.
- Will you add me to a mailing list?
- No. We use your details for the audit and the call, and that's it.
- Can you promise more sales?
